Carl G Torstenson born in Uppsala Sweden 1948
Worked at the the theater in stage design, sculpture and painting . Beginning in 1970.
Gerlesborgsskolan 1987, 1990
Sinse 1990 worked mostly with art projects but still sometime with the theaters.
Represented at cities and provinces for example in Uppsala, Umeå,
Göteborg , Västerås ,Östhammar, Solna, Stockholm, Wismar Germany and other places.
Project leader for and has also taken the initiative to start the”ARTEMIS” project
art & science in creative meetings ” for the Capital of culture 1996 - 2000
together with Ragnhild Brodow ,the project lasted in four years and around fifty artists and scientists
met and worked together in artprojects.
Has taken the initiativ to start the culturassosiation Konstvarning. (”Artwarning”) in Uppsala Sweden
Curator och organizer of the two big “Artp in Shoppingcenter” projects “OUTSIDE THE SYSTEM” 2006 in the
Gottsunda center
and the projekt “5 + 5 “i Forum gallerian. 2003 where a totally new public was reached
