主要职责：协助文化部门经理完成各项行政事务，维护文化部门所有硬件软件运营，国内外旅游者沟通联系接洽。
职位要求：
1,工作积极主动、勤劳肯干、理解力强、成熟可靠。我们将提供相关技能培训。
2,有责任心，良好的沟通与合作能力，具备活跃、创造性思维。
3,具备基本英语口语交流沟通能力。
4,熟悉电脑办公软件操作与互联网应用。
5,对西方文化有一定了解，并愿意致力于多元文化对话。
大专以上学历，旅游专业相关者优先考虑，具备良好沟通能力与行政管理知识者优先。
TCG诺地卡文化中心:
TCG诺地卡是一所非营利国际艺术画廊及文化中心，坐落于昆明市中心的艺术家集聚地”创库艺术主题社区”。与广泛而多样性的合作伙伴：各级政府部门、大学/院校、使馆和个体艺术家等，自1999年以来，共同探索了跨文化与多样性领域的经验。TCG诺地卡已成功地组织了不胜枚举的，介于北欧多国与昆明文化机构：如云南艺术学院，省博物馆及云南大学间的交流项目。
TCG诺地卡相信社区所赋予的能力，我们开展促进原著民与多元文化的交流，包括文化背景以及生存状态层面的交流项目。并与为数众多的艺术家和组织合作，提升人们对社会问题的关注意识，例如艾滋病等。
