TCG诺地卡十周年
2000年5月13日，当中国第一所北欧咖啡画廊“T咖啡/画廊”开张的时候，昆明城气氛热烈。电视台、电台和报纸的记者们穿梭在成百上千来自世界各地及当地客人中间。
瑞典艺术家杨汉松的首次展览开幕拉开了北欧—中国画廊的帷幕。
人们纷纷猜测大写的T暗指着英文单词“茶”，当然热气腾腾的茶随点随到。而T字母的真实含义却出自瑞典世界级诗歌巨匠——托马斯·特罗斯特罗姆的名字，他的作品已被翻译成50种语言。
托马斯·特罗斯特罗姆先生没能出席开业庆典，而是在随后的一年2001年4月，偕同诗歌翻译李笠先生、艺术家Jan Persson访问了以他的名字命名的咖啡画廊。为此，T咖啡画廊邀请了当地的艺术家、诗人们为托马斯先生举办了一系列的文化活动，包含诗歌研讨会、诗歌朗诵、文化远足，以及一个主题为“Runmarö岛——特罗斯特罗姆童年之乡”的铜板画展览。
没过多久，T咖啡画廊的成长超过了建筑空间的负荷。2002年4月6日，在昆明创库艺术主题社区的邀请下，T咖啡画廊迁入并更名为TCG诺地卡文化中心，进入了一个机会与挑战并存的转变。
自此，TCG诺地卡协同瑞典国际艺术机构一起，在瑞典、挪威、芬兰、丹麦、中国开展了不胜枚举的文化交流项目，为数众多的艺术家、音乐家、舞者和学生参与其中。
瑞典国家电台驻中国记者Hanna Sahlberg在其2005年一篇文章中描绘到两位分别来自瑞典和昆明的创始人孟安娜和吴月蓉是如何体现文化中心的目标和主题，即是——文化交融。
今天，当TCG诺地卡庆祝自己的十周年时，清楚地看到她们的工作同伴是如何本着共同创建和发展国际文化中心的目标已使水面涟漪荡漾。无以计数的友谊纽带和合作项目，仍然透过北欧网络——瑞典国际艺术机构以及TCG诺地卡来自世界各地的朋友们在持续而坚定地发展着。
