关于摄影师
玛利亚和赫尔玛来自瑞典，她们访问中国昆明进修文化课程，并在这里居住一年。在这一年里她们被亚洲发生的周遭所深深触动，在这期间她们的摄影技巧也得到提升。”镜子的秘密”是她们的第一个展览，幸运的是她们一开始分享那些美丽的照片就与中国更大的观众群在一起。
玛丽亚
玛丽亚今年24岁，是一名护士，她来自瑞典的Leksand城。玛丽亚对摄影感兴趣始于她的双胞胎姊妹安娜修了一门摄影课，那时她们十六岁。在那之后，玛丽亚也去进修了摄影的不同科目，同时也深化了她对技艺的知识储备。
在中国的这一年里，她开始成为纪实小组的成员，她经常出现在TCG诺地卡的活动当中，她的工作得到很高的认可。玛丽亚的摄影有两种不同的主题：局部与纪实，这两部分都呈现在这个”镜子的秘密”展览中。在她的摄影中，玛丽亚总是试图捕捉物体的灵魂，物体细微的局部往往呈现出更大的景观。她想抓住观看物体时的最初印象，虽然有的东西你已经看过无数次。玛丽亚就是想通过大地的奇妙来呈现天堂的惊鸿一瞥。
赫尔玛
赫尔玛来自瑞典北部的克拉姆福什，她今年26岁，拥有社会工作学位。作为一名社会工作者，2006和2007年间的不同时期，赫尔玛居住和工作在非洲乌干达。她对摄影的迷恋来自2003年她曾借来她父亲的一部老相机。在去年秋天她访问云南民族村的时候，“摄影师之眼”忽然之间在她身上打开，她也发现了一种新的图像创作风格。这改变了赫尔玛的观看方式，并奔向一种更实验和艺术性的拍照片的路子。从那一刻起，赫尔玛开始拍摄“镜子的秘密”中所呈现的照片。赫尔玛的主题完全是她的兴趣使然，一种抽象的感觉呈现出平和而干净的图像。赫尔玛着迷于水面的生动倒影如何能向他者述说我们所拥有的想象力和创造力。
