2005年春天，TCG诺地卡已举办过北欧-云南爵士、现代乐音乐周，11位来自北欧三国的音乐家们，登台向昆明热情的乐迷们奉献了多场精彩的音乐会、举办了音乐讲座。整个音乐周获得了巨大的成功，使得昆明本地的音乐爱好者，得以品味来自格里格、西贝柳斯、阿巴、罗克塞特故乡的高品质音乐。作为上一届音乐周的延续，第二届昆明国际音乐周将于2008年11月24日—30日拉开帷幕。TCG诺地卡与云南艺术学院再度携手，共同邀请了12位来自西方6国的音乐家，既收拢了世界顶尖的古典音乐家，又将奉献当今的流行乐风。昆明乐迷将有机会沉醉在古典音乐表演中。其中包括挪威格莱美奖获得者“挪威第一大提琴”奥格﹒卡尔本（Aage Kvalbein），他在最近的三十年中，一直位居于挪威、乃至欧洲最优秀的大提琴家。第二届昆明国际音乐周的演出节目呈现出多样的特点，来自丹麦的玛丽安G尼尔森（女高音）和丹麦指挥家Nenia Zenana将携手与中国艺术家,云南苗族合唱团共同演出。本着“以多种艺术形态激起对人类价值的反思”为宗旨，我们将精心的向本地的音乐爱好者呈献一席可抚慰精神的音乐盛宴，让那纯净甜美的音色，清晰的和谐，悠扬自然，仿佛天籁之音徜徉于你我的心田。届时，受邀音乐家将举办音乐会、音乐大师班、音乐讲座以及音乐交流等多姿多彩的活动。
